eProcurement

PeopleSoft eProcurement is the system through which all purchasing requests (requisitions) are created and approved in NYUAD. This online requisition entry system is accessible by faculty and staff throughout NYUAD and replaces the legacy paper-based process. This module integrates with the Purchasing (Purchase Order) PeopleSoft module. Once a requester enters a requisition, it is approved by the approver(s), budget checked to ensure funds availability, and then routed to the Purchasing module, operated by the Procurement team, who will convert the requisition into a Purchase Order. NYU Traveler was created to provide the NYU community with tools and services for their travel needs and to help keep them safer. University-related travel may now be booked or registered through NYU Traveler.
From the NYU Traveler site, you can use your NYU NetID and password to book on-line reservations for air, rail, hotel, or car with either Egencia (an Expedia company) or American Express Travel, or you can call an agent at Egencia or AMEX Travel via the telephone numbers provided. By using one of these agencies, your travel plans will be automatically connected to Worldcue, a traveler safety service NYU has enlisted to provide you with up-to-the-minute information of potential threats to your safety during your travels, and to enable the University to get in touch with you to render aid in the event of an emergency.

Time Keeping (myTime)

myTime is NYU’s University-wide, web-based timekeeping system. myTime is used for tracking time worked and time off balances and is integrated with NYU’s HR and Payroll systems. The system provides administrators, staff, and student employees with real-time, online access to vacation, sick and personal time balances. Based on timekeeping and scheduling requirements, some staff will record time worked using the WebClock, an ID card reader or a hand recognition terminal. W-2 Online

NYU Online W-2 is a web-based employee self-service tool that will enable active, consenting NYU Employees and Retirees to electronically retrieve their W-2 Form W-2. Authorized community members can access via the NYUHome Work tab (home.nyu.edu/work). Community members will have the option to directly import their W-2 information into Turbo Tax or H&R Block Tax Preparation Software, for tax filing using a separate login and password.
Active employees can request a copy of their 2010, 2009, 2008, Form W-2 as well.
