Remedy Service Management is an application used by many service providers at NYU to record, track, process, resolve, and report on service requests and incidents.

Please note: VPN is required if you are not on NYU-NET. Please refer to NYU VPN.
You do not need to install a client to access Remedy 7. You may access Remedy 7 through most browsers though the recommended browser is Firefox 2.0 or higher.
