The ITS print and electronic publications described below—some of which are produced in collaboration with other NYU departments—are distributed in a variety of ways: on this website; by campus mailings; at the ITS computer labs, the IT Service Desk, and Bobst Library; at orientations and other events; at student residence halls; and by request.

Please note that the PDF files listed on this page require Adobe Reader. ITS publications are updated regularly, so please check the publication date on any print copies that you may already have to ensure that they are the current version.

Please be sure to provide the publication title(s), the campus address to which the copies should be delivered, your desired delivery date, and the number of copies you require. You can also pick up a small number of most ITS print documents at the IT Service Desk and the ITS computer labs.

About the ITS Publications Group

The ITS Publications Group produces (or co-produces) all of the documents listed on this page. The Group also manages this ITS website and provides up-to-date information for University-wide publications, such as University bulletins and the NYU Student's Guide, and for a variety of NYU events and orientations.
