An update to iOS 7 was released on Friday, which fixes a significant vulnerability on SSL, the protocol used for secure transactions over the web. You should update your mobile devices as soon as possible to avoid this vulnerability. As usual, the normal security precautions apply: don't use untrusted networks, use VPN to connect to NYU systems, and patch regularly.
