The new NYU ServiceLink Knowledge Base, which replaces the previous Ask ITS Knowledge Base, offers a wealth of support resources for services provided by ITS, the Stern School of Business IT, the Decision Support Group for UDW+, PeopleLink (Human Resources & Payroll), and Sponsored Programs and Accounting, with additional services and departments coming soon. To help you find the information you need, the site offers a streamlined design and the ability to search for articles by service category and name, service provider, your location and role(s) at the University, and other filters.
