IT Service Desk Renovation: Now Complete


UPDATE: The IT Service Desk has now reopened and resumed its normal walk-in hours.


Please note that the NYU IT Service Desk at 10 Astor Place, 4th floor, will be temporarily relocated as improvements are made to the facility from November 21, 2011 through early February, 2012.

During construction, the IT Service Desk will still be available to assist you online at askits.nyu.edu, by telephone at 212-998-3333, and by email at AskITS@nyu.edu.

If you need in-person assistance, please visit the ITS CoLab at 75 Third Avenue, Level C3, on the corner of E. 12th St. (Open Monday-Friday from 7am to 10:30pm, and Saturday-Sunday, noon to 8pm.)

The IT Service Desk will return to its renovated home at 10 Astor Place in early February, 2012. Updates will be posted to the ITS website as they become available. Thank you for your patience during this transition!
