ITS Client Services
ITS Client Services will operate on the following schedule
during the Spring 2009 semester.
For help by telephone: Call 1-212-998-3333 from 8:00am to
midnight, Monday through Friday, and from noon to midnight,
Saturday and Sunday.
For help online: Submit your question via the Ask ITS form
on NYUHome or from the contact form at
http://www.nyu.edu/its/askits/contactus .
For in-person help: Visit ITS Client Services at 10 Astor Place,
4th floor, from Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

schedule an appointment.)
ITS Student Computer Labs
Regular semester hours at the ITS student computer labs have
resumed. For the most up-to-date information on ITS computer
lab hours, including those of ITS’ new Laptop Lab on the
4th Floor of the Kimmel Center (see preceding item), please visit
