Digital Studio
Located on the 5th floor of Bobst Library, the Digital Studio supports digital scholarship, research, and teaching, and provides a variety of consultation, training, and tools. Visit the Digital Studio website for hours, an appointment request form, and additional information.
Ask ITS
The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for technology services and help from Information Technology Services.
For help by telephone in New York, call 1-212-998-3333 to speak with IT Service Desk staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For help online, submit your question (including as many details as possible) using the contact form or by sending an e-mail to AskITS@nyu.edu. A representative will respond to your request within one business day.
For in-person help in New York, visit the IT Service Desk at 10 Astor Place, 4th floor, open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm ET. For help with configuring your laptop computer, however, call 1-212-998-3333 first to make an appointment.
