Files 2.0 and Webspace Account Requests

Access to Webspace is available by request only. To apply for individual or departmental access, or to request more storage space for an existing account, fill out the form below.

Files 2.0 accounts are automatically provided to all full-time faculty, staff and students via the Files tab of NYUHome. Fill out this form to request a Files 2.0 account for an NYU Affiliate (e.g., contractor, visiting scholar), or a storage quota increase for an existing Files 2.0 account.

ITS staff will respond to requests within two business days.

NOTE: If you need technical help with Webspace or Files 2.0, contact the IT Service Desk.
