About the NYU Libraries
The Elmer Holmes Bobst Library on the southeast corner of Washington Square is NYU's main library for the Washington Square campus. Wireless access is available throughout Bobst. The library has 30 subject librarians to work with you. The Libraries' website is your gateway to the Libraries' services and collections. The other NYU libraries are the Law Library, Frederick L. Ehrman Medical Library, John and Bertha E. Waldman Dental Library, Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences Library, Jack Brause Real Estate Library, Stephen Chan Library of Fine Arts, the Conservation Center Library, the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World Library, and the NYU Poly Bern Dibner Library, and the NYU Abu Dhabi Library Ask a Librarian (http://library.nyu.edu/ask) is the Libraries' virtual reference desk where you can ask your library reference questions via email, instant message or texting, as well as make an appointment to meet your subject librarian.
About Information Technology Services
NYU's Information Technology Services (ITS) provides computing, network, and telecommunications services. These services include: Internet access (through office NYU-NET connections, NYURoam wireless, and NYU ResNet service for students); NYUHome, our email and web portal service; NYUHome stations and computer labs; NYU Blackboard, wired classrooms, ITS Faculty Technology Services, the Digital Studio (in collaboration with the NYU Libraries), and other academic computing services; helpdesk, phone, and walk-in assistance at ITS Client Services; technology instruction; telephone and voicemail services; and a variety of other resources.
