Group Training Sessions

Blackboard Group training has ended for the Spring 2012 semester. Please read below on how to register for one-to-one help and individual consultations with the Blackboard Service Team.

One-on-One

One-on-One Training Sessions for individualized Blackboard assistance are available throughout the year. Appointments are required. See the 'steps to register' section below for more details.

Steps to Register for Group Training and One-on-One Sessions:

Training registration is now processed through NYUiLearn – NYU’s new employee learning and development portal. To view complete class description and to register for training:

  1. Sign into NYUHome (http://home.nyu.edu) and go to the Work tab.
  2. Click the “NYUiLearn Login” button within the NYUiLearn channel (may be towards the bottom of the page).
  3. To see all available classes, click “Course Catalog.” To see all available Blackboard classes, select Technology from the Category drop-down menu in the right corner.
