Assistive Technologies
Fourth Street Academic Technology Center (35 West 4th Street, 2nd Floor) has assistive technology desktop applications that are native to the Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
A project room provides a screen-reader system, voice recognition software, text-to-speech software, and visualization software.
In order to utilize this software or other assistive technologies, students must have the appropriate training and expertise. If you have questions about using these resources, please contact the Fourth Street Academic Technology Center at 1-212-998-3421. Advance reservations may be required to use the project room.
