New York, Accra, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Shanghai & Tel Aviv

NYU community members in New York, Accra, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Shanghai, and Tel Aviv can contact the IT Service Desk in a number of ways:

  • For help by telephone, call 1-212-998-3333 to speak with IT Service Desk staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • For help online, submit your question (including as many details as possible) using the contact form or by sending email to AskITS@nyu.edu. A representative will respond to the email address you supply within one business day.
  • For in-person help in New York, visit the IT Service Desk at 10 Astor Place, 4th floor, from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. For help with configuring your laptop computer, however, call 1-212-998-3333 first to make an appointment.

Abu Dhabi

NYU community members at NYU Abu Dhabi can contact the NYU Abu Dhabi IT Service Desk by sending email to nyuad.it.help@nyu.edu or by calling 971-2-628-8888 (or simply 8-8888 from on-campus phones). NYU Abu Dhabi IT Service Desk hours are 8am-7pm GST, Sunday through Thursday.

Berlin

Florence

NYU London IT Service Desk hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to midnight GMT; Friday, 1pm to midnight GMT; and Saturday & Sunday, 5pm to midnight GMT.
