The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for technology services and help from Information Technology Services.

How to get help

NYU community members in New York, Accra, Berlin, Buenos Aires, Florence, Madrid, Paris, Prague, Shanghai, and Tel Aviv can contact the IT Service Desk in a number of ways:

  • For help by telephone, call 1-212-998-3333 to speak with IT Service Desk staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • For help online, submit your question (including as many details as possible) using the contact form or by sending an email to AskITS@nyu.edu. A representative will respond to the email address you supply within one business day.
  • For in-person help once the IT Service Desk renovation is complete, visit 10 Astor Place, 4th floor, from Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. For help with configuring your laptop computer, however, call 1-212-998-3333 first to make an appointment.

NYU community members at NYU Abu Dhabi can contact the NYU Abu Dhabi IT Service Desk by sending email to nyuad.it.help@nyu.edu or by calling 02-628-8888. Service desk hours are 8:00am - 7:00pm GST, Sunday through Thursday.

NYU community members at NYU London can contact the NYU London IT Service Desk by emailing nyul.it.help@nyu.edu or by calling 020-790-7333. Service desk hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to midnight GMT; Friday, 1pm to midnight GMT; and Saturday & Sunday, 5pm to midnight GMT.
