ITS provides computer account-related support for the NYU community. Staff and administrators interested in the use of certain ITS computing resources must first apply for specialized accounts and/or access privileges. See below for more information.

All users of NYU's computing and networking resources have responsibilities of which they should be aware.
Access to Administrative Systems
ITS provides operations and administrative support for NYU systems such as fame, the NYU financial system; SIS, the student information system; and HRIS, the Human Resources Information System. For information on access to the fame system, contact your school or division's financial officer. For access to SIS, contact the Registrar. For HRIS access information, contact your school or division's HR representative. Additional information is available on the Administrative Systems Support page of this website.
For access to all of the services available through the NYUHome portal, including email, Albert, NYU Classes, web forums, classes, research tools, and more. You do not need to apply for an ITS account to access NYUHome. For information about NYUHome and instructions on how to activate your NYUHome service, visit the NYUHome Help pages.
You do not need to register for an ITS account to begin using the NYURoam wireless network. If you have activated your NYUHome service, all you need to do is configure your laptop computer to use NYURoam. For instructions, visit the NYURoam Wireless site.
Wired Laptop Access

Web Provider Accounts (i4)
To assist with the creation and/or modification of web pages for a NYU department, program or faculty member. A staff member or administrator may be sponsored by a Faculty member, Department Chair or authorized Program Administrator to act as a web provider for that particular NYU faculty member's, department's, or program's web pages within NYU's official web space (www.nyu.edu).
