Specific questions to be addressed by this working group include:
- How do insurance underwriters currently take account of preparedness efforts undertaken by firms: in business interruption policies; in directors' and officers' (D&O) liability policies; and in property and casualty policies?
- How should the preparedness certification program be designed and implemented in order to provide insurance underwriters with relevant information?
