Supply Chain Integrity Task Force Formed

InterCEP announced today the formation of the Supply Chain Integrity Task Force. It will hold its first meeting on September 15th.
The formation of this international task force of public and private organizations from a diversity of nations and multinational corporations is set to accomplish the following:
- Further define the problem and its drivers
- Widen awareness of the threat through focused outreach
- Develop concrete solutions including potentially: (1) A knowledge base of best practices and lessons learned (acquired through outreach to key organizations); (2) Virtual and physical forums to promote peer-to-peer sharing of experiences on this threat; (3) Research (including white papers and case studies); (4) An ongoing platform(s) for collaboration
- Develop policy recommendations
- Provide input into a developing international standard addressing this threat
