InterCEP Continues to Facilitate Stakeholder Dialogue on Voluntary Certification Program for Business Preparedness

To promote wider awareness and stakeholder involvement, InterCEP continues to work with associations and other organizations interested in discussing the voluntary certification program for business preparedness, designated under U.S. Public Law 110-53.

InterCEP 's Director has recently presented to the following events to continue dialogue amongst stakeholders on the voluntary certification program:


Continuity Insights 2008 Conference
Conference Board
2008 Strohl Users Conference
Web forums with the Texas Chapter of the Association for Contingency Planners and Agility Solutions

InterCEP also continues its Working Group initiative to inform the design and development of the certification program. Proceedings on all web forums held in March 2008 have been vetted by participants and will be posted for wide circulation soon. InterCEP is planning future meeting dates to advance this overall effort and will reach out to stakeholders in the near future.
