InterCEP Sees Prospect to Forward Market Incentives in New Voluntary Certification Program

The Disaster Resource Guide Quarterly published a recent article outlining new legislation and its potential to forward market-based incentives for private sector preparedness. InterCEP staff researched and produced the article on the new U.S. law (Public Law 110-53) which calls for the establishment of a voluntary private sector preparedness certification program for American businesses.
