InterCEP Addresses European Emergency Managers on Vital Role of Private Sector Partnerships

In October 2007, InterCEP's Director, Bill Raisch spoke to the European Regional Emergency Management & Response Conference in Budapest, Hungary. Mr. Raisch participated in a panel on Building an Integrated National Multi-Hazard Response Capability with an emphasis on the vital role of the private sector.
This annual conference was sponsored by the U.S. Trade & Development Agency and the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU).
