INTERCEP presents to International Conference on Homeland Security in Jerusalem

Center Director Bill Raisch addressed the Jerusalem Conference on Homeland Security on June 1. The Conference attracted over 400 representatives from organizations throughout the world. Mr. Raisch presented on private sector emergency preparedness, its key elements and directions for the future. He also participated in a workshop for first responder needs and technologies.
The Conference was organized by the US-Israel Science and Technology Foundation, the Bird Foundation and the Standards Institute of Israel (SII). Mr. Raisch also met with SII to discuss international standards in security and emergency management.
