InterCEP Supports TOPOFF 3 Federal Exercise

April 3 - 8, 2005, InterCEP staff supported the Private Sector Support Annex under the National Response Plan at the Joint Field Office during the event in New Jersey. The local scenario presumed the release of the plague by terrorists and subsequent infection of thousands with mass casualties. Center staff simultaneously supported Emergency Service Function 14 which addresses long-term community recovery and mitigation.
