InterCEP Director Testifies Before House Subcommittee Hearing on Business Resiliency

On May 14, 2008, Bill Raisch testified before the U.S. House of Representative's Homeland Security Committee on Infrastructure and Transportation Security Subcommittee on partnering with the private sector to secure critical infrastructure.
Mr. Raisch delivered testimony on private sector resiliency, in particular on the new voluntary
certification program for business preparedness.
