Route E Bus Stop Change For Summer ServiceThe bus stop on Third Avenue between 13th and 14th Street has been relocated for the summer semester to 14th Street on the southeast corner of Third Avenue, at the M14 bus stop. All Service Is Suspended Until May 19All scheduled route and Safe Ride service is suspended until the summer semester begins on May 19. Summer service beginning on Monday, May 19, is available on Route A/B and Route E on weekdays from 8 AM to 11 PM. Summer Safe Ride service is available every day from 11 PM to 4 AM. Campus TransportationApproximate operating hours during the Fall 2007 session are from 7 AM until Midnight on weekdays. Safe Ride on-call van service operates from Midnight to 5:00 AM with vehicles provided by CoachUSA. The final call for service is accepted thirty minutes prior to the conclusion of the Safe Ride operating hours. Passengers who require Safe Rides should call 992-VANS (992-8267). Campus transportation is free to any NYU student, faculty, staff, or alumnus who presents a valid NYU ID card. Proper ID cards must be presented to board any of the vehicles. Route information and schedules for all current services may be accessed on line at this web site. Please refer to the Announcements page of this web site for dates when regular service will be suspended or altered for holidays, or those dates when the University is closed.
