Who does the verifier contact?
To obtain Employment or Income Verification information verifiers can log on
to the website at www.theworknumber.com or call 1-800-367-5690 (to pay by credit
card). Depending on the type of information you wish to have verified you will
need to provide the verifier with the NYU Code 10617, your employee identification
number and a Salary Key (authorization code). This service is available 24 hours-a-day,
7 days-a-week.
