Access to HRIS, HRIS Data, PASS, & eReports

Getting Started

A special account is required to access all of these administrative systems/tools. Each account is associated with a set of permissions validating access to the appropriate employees, departments, or reports.

In order to use HRIS an individual will need a mainframe connection. Need a mainframe connection? Contact: its.desktop@nyu.edu

Access

To obtain access to any of these systems, an HR Access Request Form must be completed and approved by the Dean or Vice President of your unit. The form is then forwarded to the Human Resources Division or the Office of Academic Appointments for review and approval.
