Each school and major division employs a Human Resources Officer to act as its liaison to the Human Resources Division and the Payroll Department. They share one basic function: to communicate and interpret personnel policy to the employees in their areas and to help them resolve personnel or payroll-related problems. Contact your Human Resources Officer first if you have a question about or problem with policies or procedures. You can find out the name of your Human Resources Officer by asking the person to whom you report, calling the Employee Relations Office at (212) 998-1242, or checking the Human Resources Officer list.

The Human Resources Web Site

This site includes up-to-the-minute information about your benefits and the services offered by the Human Resources Division. You will find claim forms, links to health care providers, Professional Development and Work-Life/Wellness Programs, and job opportunities at NYU.
