Substance Abuse and Alcoholic Beverages Policies for Faculty, Administrators and Staff

The United States Department of Education issues regulations implementing the provisions of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989. These regulations require that the University distribute the following information to you annually concerning the possession, use, or distribution of alcohol and illicit drugs at the University. (A similar document is distributed to students through the Division of Student Affairs).
