Section 25. NON UNION EMPLOYEE

1. Upon receipt of written notification from the Union, an employer shall discharge any employee who has not become a member of the Union in good standing within the time prescribed in Section 1 hereof. Such written notification shall relieve the Employer of all further liability to the employee or to the Union.
2. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the employer affected from any liability incurred by reason of a discharge under this section.
