Section 15. INDIVIDUAL WORKING AGREEMENT

1. The Employer shall not enter into individual employment or working Agreement with any window cleaner, nor shall any employee be required to give any security for any reason whatsoever.
2. No employee shall solicit or contract for himself/herself any window cleaning work of a commercial nature ordinarily performed by a window cleaner contractor.
