COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT Between NEW YORK UNIVERSITY And LOCAL ONE SECURITY OFFICERS UNION
July 1, 2001 - June 20, 2006

ARTICLE 39 - TERM AND RENEWAL

This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2001 unless otherwise provided herein and shall expire June 30, 2006. Sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement, the parties shall commence negotiations for an Agreement to become effective July 1, 2006.
