ARTICLE 20 - BEREAVEMENT PAY

Regular full-time Employees with at least one (1) year of employment in the bargaining unit shall not be required to work but shall be paid their regular straight-time wages for their next three (3) working days immediately following the death of their parent, grandparent, parent-in-law, brother, sister, spouse or child.
