COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT Between NEW YORK UNIVERSITY
And LOCAL 810 I.B.T
July 1, 2002-June 30, 2007
ARTICLE 39 - TERM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2002 to and including June
30, 2007. Sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement, the parties
hereto shall commence negotiations for an agreement to become effective July
1, 2007.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this
11th day of July, 2002.
