ARTICLE 6 - SHIFT PREMIUM

A. Effective July 1, 2002, employees working on the second shift shall be paid eighty cents (804) per hour above their regular rate of pay, and employees working on the third shift shall be paid eighty-five cents (854) per hour above their regular rate of pay.

B. There is no entitlement to shift premiums when overtime extends into the second or third shifts.
