ARTICLE 2 - PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES
Each employee shall be on probationary status during the first three (3) months
of employment and is subject to dismissal during that period without recourse
to the Grievance Procedure. Where an employee's ability to perform the job is
questionable, the Employer will notify the Union in writing of an extension
not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days. Following the thirty (30) day extension,
the employee shall have regular employee status.
