Our TeamWe offer a staff of four full-time professionals, supplemented by a broad and diverse network of internal and external consultants. Our full-time staff include: Kathryn ZukofSenior Director, Talent, Learning and Organizational Development Kathy has a PhD in Social Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and has taught graduate and undergraduate classes in Psychology and Marketing at various local universities. Prior to joining NYU, she directed the Learning and Organizational Development functions for Schindler Elevator Corporation and JM Huber Corporation. While at Huber, Kathy also managed the company's relationship with Columbia University, helping establish the JM Huber Institute for Learning in Organizations, based at that university. Kathy has also held various leadership roles in Client Relations, Product Development, and Marketing at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Sharon ChavezManager of Learning and Development Sharon has an MA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and is working toward her Ed.M in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University. For over 15 years, Sharon has held diverse roles such as Trainer, College Instructor, Therapist and Clinical Manager, in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Before joining NYU, Sharon worked as the Assistant Training Manager in the human resources department at Columbia University. Sharon has significant experience designing and implementing programs that build customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Eric LoffswoldManager of Learning and Development Eric has an MS in Organizational Behavior from Polytechnic University. Eric has a broad range of organizational development experience in non-profit and corporate environments including TIAA-CREF, RR Donnelley, Corbett Accel Healthcare Group, and Drake Beam Morin. He has also held teaching roles at Wagner School of Public Service and Thomas Edison State College. Eric has experience in designing, developing, and implementing a broad range of programs and initiatives including change management, leadership development, performance management, professional development, and e-learning. Crystal ScottAdministrative Aide for Learning and Organizational Development In 2003, Crystal received a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury. Crystal began a long journey working with a radio conglomerate, various publishing companies and NY's premier background screening company. In 2007, Crystal joined the Human Resources Division at NYU working with The Office of Learning and Organizational Development. |
