This form is used to authorize 100% Tuition Remission for non-credit job related courses in SCPS.

Instructions

Your supervisor should complete the form (co-signed by your Human Resources Officer), explaining why the course is necessary for your current job.

Do not complete this form for Degree, Diploma, or Certificate related courses.

The form must be attached to a completed Tuition Remission Application for Non-Credit SPCS Courses Form.
