Local 3882 Tuition Reimbursement 20%

This form is used to request tuition reimbursement for code 104 or 106 employees who have used tuition remission for courses listed in the collective bargaining agreement with Local 3882.

Instructions

The form must be completed, dated and signed by the course(s) instructor after completion of the course, then submitted to the Office of Records and Information Services prior to submission to the Bursar's Office. See the collective bargaining agreement for a list of the courses approved for this reimbursement.
