HRIS, PeopleAdmin, PASS, WebAMI, eReports and Hyperion Reporting Access Request
This form is used to authorize, change, or terminate an individual's access to employee data in the following HR applications: Human Resources Information System (HRIS), PeopleAdmin, Personnel Action Submission System (PASS), and HR Reporting within the University Data Warehouse.
Instructions
1. Click on the HR Access Request Form link at right and complete sections A to F. The form is a dynamic pdf that can be filled out online. Click on the Print Form button at the top of the pdf screen to print a paper copy.
2. Submit the form to the Dean or Vice President of your School/Unit for approval.
3. Follow the routing instructions specified on the form.
