Probationary Review

This form, sent by the Employment Office to the Human Resources Representatives before the end of the probationary period, is to be completed by the employee's supervisor. The form serves to document whether a new employee meets the standards and expectations for the job and should be retained by NYU. The probationary period for code 100/110 employees is six months from date of hire, and the probationary period for code 104/114 and 106/116 employees is three months from date of hire. The form must be completed by the end of the probationary period, and must be sent back to the Employment Office.
