I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification

This form needs to be completed and signed by all new employees and reviewed and signed by the employer. A completed I-9 form, along with supporting documentation, serves as proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States. Please note that it is not lawful to employ individuals who do not present appropriate I-9 verification.

Instructions

If an employee's work authorization expires, then either a new I-9 must be completed or the employer must complete section 3 of the original I-9 form in order to reverify employment authorization for the current employee.
