For active full-time faculty in Code 102 with tenure and tenure-line.

This application is used to request reimbursement for first mortgage orientation fees associated with the purchase of a principal property.

Instructions

NYU extends to eligible tenured and tenure-line faculty the opportunity to receive reimbursement (upto a lifetime maximum of $5000) for first mortgage orientation fees associated with the purchase of a principal residence that is within reasonable commuting distance to your NYU work site.

Completed applications must be accompanied by documentation of the details of the mortgage, signed by all parties and sent to the NYU Benefits Office: 7E 12 St., 2F, New York, NY 10003 (campus mail code: 8923)
