This application is used to request reimbursement for first mortgage origination fees associated with the purchase of a principal residence.

Instructions

NYU extends to eligible full-time administrative and professional staff who have completed more than 5 years of full-time service and a base salary under $100,000 the opportunity to receive reimbursement (up to a lifetime maximum of $5000) for first mortgage origination fees associated with the purchase of a principal residence that is within reasonable commuting distance to your NYU work site.

Completed applications must be accompanied by documentation of the details of the mortgage, signed by all parties and sent to the NYU Benefits Office: 7 E 12 St., 2F, New York, NY 10003 (Campus mail code: 8923).
