New York University Floater Pool Program

The NYU Floater Pool Program was developed by the Human Resources Division to meet the growing needs of the University by assisting in staffing for short-term part-time and full-time administrative and clerical positions. This pool of candidates possesses first-hand knowledge of NYU from varied experiences of work and study.

The Floater Program is an innovative collaboration between the Human Resources Division and the Wasserman Center for Career Development to utilize and employ the unique and dynamic talent of the students and employees at New York University.

The program recruits for University-wide openings and offers a multitude of opportunities.
