Do I need to take any tests or assessments?

In addition to interviews, further skills testing is conducted for office support positions. This may include testing for knowledge of specific software packages such as Word, Excel, Access, as well as for keyboarding skills. All tests are conducted at the Employment Office, located at 7 East 12th Street, 1st floor, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are an employee, you do not need to make an appointment. If you are an external applicant, the Recruiter will set you up for the appropriate test(s) based on the qualifications of the job you're applying for.
