Carebridge Life Resources can provide support for personal and family problems common in contemporary life. These confidential services are provided at no cost to you or your family members, and are just a toll-free phone call away.
Skilled professional counselors answer every call and are available to:
- Listen to your concerns
- Help identify the source of the problem
- Work with you to bring about solutions through short-term counseling, and if necessary,
- Help with a referral for continued or specialized care. Counselors will find providers who participate in your medical plan's provider network if continued specialized care is needed.
Behavioral Health Counselors can provide consultative assistance on issues such as marital and family relations, substance abuse, depression, self-destructive tendencies, stress management, coping with change, grief, and loss.
Your benefit provides telephone consultations, or up to 4 face-to-face consultations, per life issue with a professional behavioral health clinician skilled in your area of concern. In certain types of needs, your Carebridge Counselor may refer you to additional appropriate sources of help.
Wellness Referral Specialists can help you find services in your community, such as smoking cessation, weight management, and fitness programs to enhance your health.
