What To Expect
The earliest time you may check in is 9:00 am on the Sunday of the week your reservation begins.
To check in, go directly to your assigned residence hall. Upon arrival, you will asked to produce a valid photo I.D.. You will then be issued your room keys and a welcome packet. You will also be asked to sign a registration card confirming your check-in.
You will receive your specific room assignment when you check in.
Your reservation will be held until the Thursday following your Sunday check-in date. If you fail to check in by Thursday or provide written notification to the Office of Summer Housing that your arrival date has changed, your reservation will be cancelled with a $500 penalty.
