Welcome to Alumni Hall! Located in the heart of East Village, Alumni Hall is a dynamic and diverse community that approximately 450 upperclass residents – mostly sophomores – and twelve Resident Assistants call home. We share most of our programs and our staff with our East Village neighbors in 7th Street Hall, or as we call it, The 7A Partnership.
There are plenty of activities to get involved with at Alumni. The 7A Partnership Hall Council is another great opportunity that allows you to become a leader in the community, by either running for elected office or serving as a floor representative.
Throughout the academic year, Hall Council plans a variety of programs for the buildings and it is an excellent way for residents to get to know one another and perhaps, learn something new! In addition to Hall Council activities, there are plenty of other programs planned by the Residential Education staff, including a variety of diversity and educational-based programs.
We hope that you will join us this year and get to know one another by exploring NYU, the East Village and the surrounding areas!
