Students will be provided with detailed check-out instructions towards the end of their license period. Please remember that the Housing License is for both the Fall and Spring Terms. Residents must check-out of their assigned room 24 hours after their last final exam unless they are participating in commencement. Residents who vacate their assignment prior to the end of the license period are still responsible for the terms and conditions of the license.

Residence Halls will remain open during the Winter and Spring recesses. Students who have concurrent housing during the summer (Spring to Summer and/or Summer to Fall) will not be required to leave University Housing between these summer transition periods.
