PHASE III - Hall/Room Selection April 20 - 30, 2009

2009 - 2010 Undergraduate Re-application/Room selection, for undergraduate students (students with a guaranteed renewable housing status), is a three-phase process beginning in February, when students re-apply and concluding in April, when students make hall/room selections for the upcoming year in accordance with the parameters established by a University wide committee in 2005. If you have not done so already please read the Division of Student Affairs' summary describing the rationale and intended outcomes for student placement.

Phase III Hall/Room Selection is the process by which students are given the opportunity to select a room in a residence hall through an on-line procedure. The drawing of lottery cards is determined randomly within priority groups. Students submitting names together (for room, suite or hall placement) will have individual priorities averaged to create one group priority.

Students who submitted a lottery card by the March 27th deadline will receive notification of their 2009-2010 Hall/Room Selection placement the week of April 13, 2009. The notification indicates your on-line selection time.

The Phase III on-line Hall/Room Selection will begin on Monday, April 20 and concludes on Thursday, April 30. Only those students who completed Phase II (link this to Phase II overview) will be eligible to participate in the In-Hall Room Selection.
