All Special Interest Housing participants are required to have completed Phase I:

1. Completed by February 13th the online re-application form
- and -
2. Paid the $1000 non-refundable/non-transferable reapplication deposit by February 15th.

The Office of Residential Education and the Office of Student Affairs will administrate the room assignment processes for the Special Interest Housing Communities (Broome St. Residential College, The Green House, Explorations, Choices, Mix-Sex Housing and Fraternity and Sorority Life communities respectively). These assignments are determined before the Phase III Hall/Room selection.

Students who are participating in these special interest programs are not eligible to submit a lottery card, nor are they permitted to participate in the Phase III Hall/Room Selection process.

Special Interest Housing participants who are selected for participation in these programs after completing a lottery card will have their name removed from the card. It is the responsibility of the student to inform their potential roommates that they are being removed from the card. The card cannot otherwise be altered.
